Terms of use

About these terms

this site provides information about Admiral Casino. The account conditions described here belong to the casino operator and concern gambling services rather than a gambling account with this site. Casino transactions, account restrictions and disputes follow Admiral Casino's own contractual rules.

Operator and eligibility

Admiral Casino is operated by Greentube Alderney Ltd., registered in Alderney under company number 1788. The operator is regulated in Great Britain by the UK Gambling Commission, with account number 39050. It also holds a Category 1 eGambling licence from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

The service is intended for residents of the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and the Isle of Man. Players must be 18 or older. Discovery of an underage account results in closure, cancellation of its transactions and return of deposited money. These requirements apply to the casino service regardless of the information available on this site.

Identity and financial checks

Admiral Casino must verify a player's name, address and birth date before gambling is permitted. Verification can involve identity documents and a video identity check. Accepted address evidence includes a bank statement, utility bill or tax notification issued within the preceding six months.

The operator also performs external financial and credit checks and may request information about the source of deposited money. Until the requested information satisfies those checks, account activity can be restricted, including withdrawals. Unsuccessful checks can lead to suspension and eventual closure. Providing initial registration details does not remove the possibility of further checks later in the account relationship.

One account per player

Each player may hold a single account. Admiral Casino closes additional accounts and voids their bets, bonuses, free bets and winnings arising from those rewards. The contractual conditions also allow the operator to retain a duplicate account's positive balance. Opening another account therefore does not create a separate entitlement to offers or access.

Conduct and account restrictions

Automated gambling using bots or artificial intelligence software is prohibited under Admiral Casino's rules. A chargeback or payment return on an account is also treated as prohibited conduct. Where the operator reasonably suspects prohibited activity, it can suspend the account while investigating.

Money in a suspended account cannot be accessed or withdrawn during that investigation. Where prohibited conduct is established or reasonably believed to have occurred, the operator may withhold some or all of the balance and recover related deposits, payouts, rewards and winnings. This recovery concerns amounts attributable to the prohibited activity.

Errors and affected winnings

A displayed result does not establish a right to money credited because of an error or malfunction. Admiral Casino can cancel the affected transaction and withhold the resulting winnings, including when the problem was not apparent to the player. If affected winnings have already been withdrawn, the operator can require repayment.

These provisions also cover incorrect gambling terms or winnings shown by the service. The rules governing those outcomes are separate from ordinary withdrawal processing and can prevent payment while the relevant issue is investigated.

Withdrawals and funds

Deposits and winnings can be withdrawn when payments have cleared, verification is complete and there is no ongoing investigation concerning an error, malfunction or prohibited conduct. A withdrawal cannot be requested while the relevant gambling service is actively being played.

The minimum request through the account is £10. Smaller amounts require assistance from customer support. Withdrawals first return to the methods used for deposits, up to the amount deposited through each method. The remainder can go to a previously used payment method, but never to another player. Admiral Casino does not impose a withdrawal fee, although payment providers can charge transaction costs.

Customer money is held separately from business funds under the Gambling Commission's medium protection category. This arrangement does not guarantee repayment if the operator becomes insolvent.

Closure and inactivity

Players can request account closure by telephone, email or live chat. The operator can also close an account with at least ten days' notice, returning the balance subject to the contractual exceptions for illegal activity and prohibited conduct.

After twelve consecutive months without a login, Admiral Casino sends an inactivity notification. If no login follows within thirty days, the account becomes inactive. A monthly £3 charge is deducted from its cash balance until that balance reaches zero, after which closure may follow. Self-excluded players are exempt from this inactivity process and its charges.

Complaints and applicable law

Admiral Casino accepts complaints received within twelve months of the incident. The internal process provides an outcome within eight weeks, with the clock paused when a player has not replied. A deadlock email can end that process. Independent dispute adjudication is available without charge through the Independent Betting Adjudication Service.

The casino's general terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any legal responsibility to report winnings to tax authorities belongs to the player. This summary does not replace the contractual conditions governing an Admiral Casino account.
